Hi everyone. This is my new ride. These cars are the next up and coming.
This cool kit has great engineering and will way outsmart the kemora.
I haven't run mine yet so after Hamilton this Saturday I will post the results.

hamilton indoors went really well.the lc racing sct micro class started with a hiss and a roar.
3 new lcs lined up with only charl having a bit of experience with setups.we all started playing with our tyres changing combinations didnt work for me so went back to rally setups of standard tyres with a bit of glue on the walls of front and rear outsides. this helped heaps as these little cars are so fast.
in comparison we all agreed having had both rally as well that these micro short course trucks, these are way more fun, they land well and if they do roll/they dont turtle as often as the rally class.
if anyone wants to in the next round please take my car for some laps at practice as you will also get hooked on this rocket.
any questions please ask and if you want one they are stock as either a car/roller or a full kit inc radio

Was definitely good to watch, for racing the rally class while they are still around is no.1 for sure looking at the races. But if you want something different and can't afford a top of the line micro losi (I am a bit 8ight and 8ight-t fan brilliant cars) then these would be a good cost effective option from what I have heard.

I've always liked these cars a little better than the Vitara but my only concern is that they are so bloody fast , for a spec class wouldn't that put new people off just coming into the sport etc. are they are spec class or fully open , what turn are the motors and could the class look at running a spec motor eg like the buggies 10.5 with everything else open .are there even any rules around this class , looking with interest.

Kemora
1 Jordan Burley 14/ 5m22.423s
2 Nathan Toia 13/ 5m 3.298s
3 Shane Gollop 13/ 5m13.503s

LC SCT
1 Charl Croeser 13/ 5m 8.591s
2 Jared Coombes 12/ 5m21.107s
3 Thomas Deelstra 12/ 5m23.267

Thats 1/0 to the Kemora and we didn't even need to upgrade our tyres

As you comparing races with Kemora vs LC and not taking the driver into consideration, the the results for tau is as follows :

Kemora best results 21/5m6.533s
Lc best results 22/5.5.145s

So is this considered 1/1...lol

Just a pitty they no longer manufacture the Kemora.

Anyway, I am starting to destribute lc cars to retailers as I am an importer... Not a retailer... So if you are interested I can supply you... Even better, I can send you stock and you only pay when you sell it....

Also, the reason we haven't approached faster drivers to run lc is because we would like to give new commers a chance, which is what the class is about

The problem I see is that they are not run as stock , people using different tyres and other gear.
I love racing my kamora I think it's the best racing money can buy.
Micro class is great my son is running a mini 8 T witch in the in the hands of a more experienced driver I think it would destroy the micro class.
anyway I guess it's up to the clubs to make and enforce the rules.

As a returner to the sport and new owner of an LC i can say this....

i like the micro class over stock/rally as it means you can modify things currently. i like to tinker so stock out of the box classes do nothing for me. at the same time i'm not overly keen on super mod where you need to sink $1000 into a car to be on the podium.
the micros are plenty fast enough on a tight indoor track so the desire to go crazy with mods isnt as high as perhaps another class anyway.

If the micros run with some thing like wheels/tires/shocks and perhaps body and bumpers being free but have a limit on motor turns(or evenjust run stock brushless motor) and a 2s batt limit and the rest being kit then i'd be happy.
id like to think that just for shits and giggles i could convert my SCT to a truggy or rally car and still be legal and race.
i think driver skill is gonna play a bigger part of being fast with a micro rather than carbon fiber decks and titanium turnbuckles....keeping the things shiney side up for the whole race will get you better race times. IMO.

Seconded. The best part of this class is getting out there and enjoying your time to get the best of the car to your liking not anyone else. We forget that its only a hobby.great to see this class doing its thing the lc is definitely the car to do this to .
See you racing.
