After a successful day marking out the track today we are now ready for the ropes to be placed around the track and hollows filled ready for rotary hoeing next weekend.
There will be another working bee to do this tomorrow at 11am. Please bring a wheelbarrow, spades, rakes etc, and good gumboots. The more people to help will get the work done more quickly and you get a preview of the Exciting new layout.
See you there.

More good progress made today. Thanks to Matt, Ross, Mike S, Jason and Ralph for their time and efforts.
We have got things to a stage where there should be no standing around at next Saturdays Major Working Bee and the aim is to go close to wrapping it up.
We will have 2-3 more truck loads of clay, drainage dug and rotary hoed during the week and the roller on site next Saturday along with the material for retaining walls etc.
Having said that the weather will obvioulsy be a major factor in achieving a final result then.
Will keep you all informed as the week and things progress.

The Nats Info nearly there - just a couple of small details to finalise - be patient as we have a few projects on the go at present to ensure the event is of the highest standard.

Regards Ian

Yes its on - 9.00am Saturday - everything looks like its coming together - all be it slowly. The weather might turn in the afternoon but that should help the clay at that stage.

Bring rakes, shovels and wheelbarrows.

Regards Ian

I won't be able to make it there at 9am, as the boys have soccer in TA at 11. I'll be along after that though if there's still work to do.
